Best Way To Lose Weight


People often ask me, "What's the best way to lose weight?" I really wish I could give them the magical answer they're expecting; such as "Just work out for 30 minutes a day for 6 months…" or, "Stop eating Chocolate and your struggle will be over!", or even "Just go on the Green Tea diet for 8 weeks, and your pounds will fade away".

Unfortunately, in the real world, that's not how weight loss works. In order to really lose weight, it takes dedication, hard work, commitment and knowledge. The hardest part is getting over the initial "hump" - getting past your daily bad habits, and forcing yourself to adopt a HEALTHY lifestyle - eating less junk food, exercising a bit each week, and most importantly - believing in yourself.
